Symwatt creates firm, permanent grid capacity by performing deep energy retrofits on existing buildings, improving insulation, air sealing, and building systems to produce lasting reductions in baseline electricity demand. Unlike demand response, these reductions do not require curtailment events or real-time dispatch. They are fixed, measurable, and bankable.
We coordinate with utilities to register those verified demand reductions as available capacity, which can then be allocated to new large load customers seeking interconnection. The result: a path to power measured in months, not years, and without costly new generation or major infrastructure upgrades.
